The services of Hanketaito Ltd cover holistically all the different aspects of EU project activities. Whether it’s training or consulting, our task is to filter the relevant parts of the huge amount of available information in the field of EU project funding and cater that to our customers in a comprehensive format.

Our services are

• consulting. If you have a project idea, we will help you design need-based planning for your training and development projects. We utilize the PCM (Project Cycle Management) model and the Logical Framework approach that are favoured by the European Commission. Being a universal mode of action it’s highly advisable to plan the projects with the help of Logical Framework. It also systemizes the processes of your organization.

We also know the application processes and instances of many EU projects, so we are able to help you hunt down potential EU project funding opportunities. Based on your needs, we support you both in the application and implementation phases of the project. To reach the best result in consulting, we favour long-term cooperation that is based on your strategy and systematic project cycle management.

• training
• in-house training. We can tailor a suitable training package concerning EU project activities just for your organization. Often it’s cost-efficient to organize the training of your staff on your own premises, so that the benefit coming from the exercises can be targeted directly to your own operation: Our in-house training is founded upon a consulting approach.

It’s worth noting that evaluation is not just a costly necessity but at its best, the external evaluation of the project is a tool that supports the implementation and the organization of the project throughout its whole life cycle.

The cooperation and assistant network of Hanketaito Ltd consists of several stakeholders that are dealing with EU funding. Based on your needs, we gather a team that is responsible for producing our services. We also have fruitful cooperation with other expert organizations in the field: for instance our cooperative agreement with EuraGroup guarantees continuous mutual development and a source for up-to-date information of EU funding. EuraGroup is producing EURA database that contains all sources of EU funding relevant for Finland, excluding the agriculture subsidies.

Hanketaito Ltd operates to bridge the gap in the dialogue between the people implementing EU projects and the officials making the funding decisions. Our customer base consists of private, public and third sector organisations. Good professional relations to many authorities, numerous organizations carrying out the projects and other instances dealing with EU project activities of Hanketaito Ltd enables the easy advancement of your project ideas.

The majority of EU project funding training in the markets is targeted for project managers and assistants.  This is of course an important target group for Hanketaito Ltd. In addition to this we organize introductory training and coaching for the supervisors of the actual EU project teams. We are especially devoted to developing and carrying out service for the strategic management of EU project funding.
